We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to help us provide outbound calling for our real estate consulting clients. Specific training is provided, but experience working as an ISA or outbound call specialist is a MUST.
The focus of this role is having conversations with leads and setting appointments for Real Estate agents.
Tasks of the position include but are not limited to the following:
•Calling new leads
•Nurturing old leads
•Setting appointments
•Producing reports
•Attending mandatory training
•Managing Follow Up Boss accounts
Skills:
•Excellent grammar
•Fluent in English
•Fluent in Spanish a plus
•Excellent communication skills
•Growth Mindset
•CRM experience a plus Follow-up Boss
Compensation:
*$4/hour for 40 hours a week (FULL TIME)
*Weekly Payout via Transfer WiseTechnical Requirements:
* Internet- at least 15 Mbps with a backup wired internet connection
* Laptop or PC - at least i5 7th gen with 8GB of RAM and Windows 10 OS
